New! 10 more American Girl packets have been added to the website. They are at the top of the page and there is no Christmas tree in the photos, so you can tell them from the others.
Did you know? If you purchased the items in this packet separately it would cost $58.00. The $45 for the packets is a really good deal! Don't miss out.

Hi! My name is Susan Jullens and I am the NBTA Contest Director for Louisiana. We will be hosting our state and open championship on May 4, 2019 and we would love to have you come and join us for some southern hospitality. Our judges and awards and second to none. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me via email at [email protected]
Hey there! I hate to post this to the wall, but messages aren't going through. :)

I am Chelsea Gwinn with a local company called Atomic Rocket Fundraising! We were just reaching out to tell you about some AWESOME opportunity to raise for your group this year.

Atomic Rocket has the #1 school and sports fundraiser of 2018!

For schools & teams or coaches…
*A fundraiser that is easy, completely customized to YOUR SCHOOL or TEAM, and has an Atomic Rocket Certified Coordinator to help you along the way.
*More bang for no bucks! ARF’s average successful fundraiser is 10x more $$$ raised the typical fundraiser!

For parents…
*Easy to follow goals and fundraising plan for only 10 to 14 days!
*Value for you, the parent, as a supporter too!

For students…
*Easy to do fundraiser with more value for the supporters!
*Awesome prizes for classrooms and students! (No cheap toys!)

The average school has raising potential of $100,000-$240,000 in just 14 days, and separate teams or groups can individually raise $10,000-$75,000! (All figures depend on group size and involvement)

Everyone has a reason to raise for their place, so why hassle with the same fundraisers that never seem to bring enough business? The reason Atomic Rocket works is because it’s 100% customized and local to your supporters. No cooking Boston butts or butter braids. No stock of BBQ sauce from Corky’s because EVERYONE is selling it. This is completely customized to YOU.

With the amount of raising potential, it’s definitely worth a quick face to face so we can show you how easily you can get your group to their goals this year! Please call me or email me ASAP, because when we book your fundraiser we put the focus on YOU and cannot overbook. Spots are filling quick!

Thanks and have an amazing day!

We had so much fun twirling in the rain at the Germantown Fall Festival

09/10/2022

Don’t forget to come out and watch the TN Twirlers perform at the Germantown Fall Festival you will not want to miss it!

The Germantown Festival is back after a two year hiatus due to the global pandemic. This year marks the 49th weekend of free, family-friendly fun. With children's activities, rides and games, arts and crafts shopping from over 400 local and national vendors, live entertainment, tasty food, car exhibits and the hilariously competitive Running of the We**ies, there is something for everyone. The festival takes place at the Germantown Civic Club Complex, 7745 Poplar Pike, on Saturday, September 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, September 11, from noon to 6 p.m. Admission to the festival itself is free; however, there are individual fees for food and ride vendors.

The free shuttle service helps avoid a parking hassle. Shuttles will run from the Germantown Church of Christ at 8723 Poplar Pike and the Germantown Athletic Club (GAC) at 1801 Exeter. The shuttles run from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Shuttles run on a continuous loop, so there are no set times for certain stops. If you choose to park in the area near the festival, please avoid blocking driveways and railroad tracks. “No Parking” signs will be posted in the Birnham Woods subdivision.

Be sure to visit on Saturday, September 8 for the Running of the We**ies, a race for those lovable wiener-shaped Dachshunds. The Running of the We**ies takes place at the Germantown Charity Horse Show Arena and will happen rain or shine. The best dressed contest begins at 11 a.m. and the race follows at 11:30 a.m.

Don’t have a we**ie of your own? The Germantown Animal Shelter has commemorative T-shirts for sale for $20 each. They are short-sleeved Port and Company in Mist Beach and the shelter has sizes available from small to 3XL. If you're interested in purchasing a T-shirt, simply stop by the shelter from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. The Germantown Animal Shelter is located at 7700 Southern Avenue. Can’t make it by the shelter? Don’t fret, T-shirts will also be available at the We**ie Race check-in table and the shelter's booth at the Germantown Festival on September 10 and 11.Be warned that large sizes do tend to go quickly!

Motorists should anticipate heavy traffic on Poplar Pike from Germantown Road to Hacks Cross. Germantown Police officers will be on site directing traffic and assisting at crosswalks. Motorists should be mindful of children and other pedestrians while in the area.

For additional details, visit GermantownFest.com.
