In recognition of Patriot Day, our CMA Lantana students took time to write thank-you letters for our local firefighters, and today we had the privilege of delivering them to the fire department. 🚒❤️

As we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, we also honor the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of the first responders who ran toward danger to help others. Their bravery continues to remind us what service and true leadership look like.

Thank you to our local firefighters and first responders for everything you do to protect and serve our community. We are grateful for you today and every day. 🇺🇸

Martial arts is about so much more than learning how to kick and punch. 🥋

Every time our students step onto the mat, they’re practicing skills they can take with them everywhere they go.

🎯 Focus — learning to listen, concentrate and stay engaged.

💪 Perseverance — discovering that struggling with something is a reason to keep practicing, not give up.

⭐ Confidence — experiencing what happens when hard work turns “I can’t” into “I did it!”

The martial arts skills are pretty awesome, too. 😉 But watching our students grow into focused, confident and determined young people? That’s our favorite part.
