Free Wheelin’ Friday evening indoor group cycle/spinning class returns on June 12th at 5:45 p.m. with Marie. Start your Saturday morning with a Full-Body circuit every week at 9:00 a.m. with Johanna and Marie. On Mondays and Wednesdays Megan leads 30-minute lunchtime toning. Yoga Sculpt is taking a break; the next lunchtime Yoga class is Tuesday, June 30th with Shallon Chapman. Come check us out and all our trainers. A membership at Ultimate Fitness Center is $28 per month with a one-time fee of $25 for your all access key card. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time.
