Happy Sunday! This week, in addition to our regular classes, we will have a Thursday evening Yoga Sculpt session and Friday night spin at Ultimate Fitness Center. We will not have a Saturday morning class on July 4th. Check out all our class schedule with Ultimate Fitness Center trainers; Megan Gooden, Shallon, Marie Martin Wilmot, Missy/Melissa N Martin, and Johanna Slipcevic. UFC is open 24/7 and the group classes are included at no additional cost to members. Membership is $28.00 per month, with a one-time fee of $25 for your all access key card.
