Bartow men:

A year ago, a few guys started meeting at Summerlin Park on Saturday mornings. Today, F3 Bartow is celebrating its first anniversary.

One thing a lot of us have realized is that it's harder than it used to be to make real friendships as adults. F3 has changed that. We get together, work hard, laugh a lot, and encourage each other to be better husbands, fathers, leaders, and friends.

You don't have to be in shape. Nobody cares how fast you are or how many push-ups you can do. We all modify the workout to fit our own ability. The only requirement is that you show up.
