We are looking for volunteers who can help us with Formal Hemming Day(s) next week on Tuesday, Sept. 22 and Thurs., Sept 24 after school until 5:30. Please let one of the directors know if you or someone you know could help.

This week in the choir room:
Monday- after school Sr Region practice
after school Jr Region practice
Tuesday- 7 am Sr Region practice
Tuesday- evening PT conferences
NO practice after school
Wednesday- NO school
Thursday-after school NO Sr Region practice due to Region Director meeting
Thursday- 6:30 pm Anthem before Jr Football
Friday- after school Jr Girls and Boys Region practice

This is tux sizing week.
Please return signed syllabus forms if you have not and turn in your formal fee this week.

Saturday, the 12th Sr. High choir students went to Harding University for an All Region prep workshop. We are most proud of the way they represented our school with positive attitudes and of their willingness to give up a Saturday to become better musicians.
Thank you to Harding University and the directors who led sectionals!

The Weavers are taking a group of current 9-12th grade students and community members to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy in May 2028. There will be a meeting Tuesday night at 6:30 in the auditorium for more information.

Last stop of the trip: Sun Studios in Memphis to learn about Johnny Cash (an Arkansan) and the Million Dollar Quartet where they got to touch the microphone used by the King of Rock n Roll (along with other greats).
