On this day, 4 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a day I’ll never forget and it changed me in many ways. I used the Pilates method to rehab after surgery. It took me a long time to be able to fully extend my arms over my head. Here I am many “full swans” later with some tightness in my chest but complete range of motion in my shoulders and there’s no stopping me now. 😘💪
