As the world swirls around us, we must continue to connect with that which does not change--the eternal Inner Self. It is the Soul that is our refuge. This is what the practice has always been about.

Starting next week we will be practicing techniques and discussing teachings online that aid us in this journey of inward connection. It is there we find peace and freedom. It is there we discover the fuel we need to serve one another.

Yoga is about becoming unshakeable.
