GLP-1 compounds can be a powerful tool, but they’re not magic.

Whether you’re using Ozempic (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), or following the buzz around retatrutide, don’t overlook the basics that make the biggest difference.

• Prioritize 100+ grams of protein each day.
• Stay hydrated.
• Lift weights to help preserve muscle while losing body fat.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight, it’s to lose fat while keeping your hard-earned muscle.

Core Health and Body currently has space for 3 new clients. If you’re ready for expert coaching and accountability, send us a message to learn more.

The greatest compliment I receive isn’t a transformation photo, it’s when someone is still training with me 10 years later.

To me, that says a lot more than a number on a scale ever could.

My goal has never been to help someone get in shape for a vacation or a wedding. It’s to help people build strength, improve their health, and continue doing the things they love for years to come.

Whether that’s keeping up with your grandkids, enjoying a hunting trip, traveling with confidence, or simply feeling better every day, that’s what success looks like to me.

Because of that, I don’t have openings very often. But I currently have two available:

• Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30 AM (2x/week)
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11:00 AM (3x/week)

If you’ve been thinking about investing in your health and working with someone who’s focused on the long game. not quick fixes. I’d love to help.

⭐ Rental Opportunity at Core Health and Body ⭐

NOW AVAILABLE

Core Health and Body currently has a private office available for lease. This space is perfect for personal trainers, nutritionists, physical therapists, or massage therapists who want to operate independently inside a well established studio.

The office includes 24/7 access to our gym and training areas. It was recently occupied by a physical therapist, and before that a massage therapist, so it is well suited for hands on services or client consultations.

We have proudly served the local fitness community for more than 15 years and are known for personal attention, family values, and real results. This is a self-contractor and tenant arrangement. You run your own business, set your own schedule, and use the space to serve your clients.

If you are looking for a professional space inside a respected studio with steady traffic and a supportive environment, message us for details or to schedule a walkthrough.

Come be part of the community at Core Health and Body.
