meet jill ✨

between a 22-year career as a pediatric occupational therapist, 8 years teaching barre, and raising three daughters (plus a husband and three dogs), she thrives in the chaos of it all.

fitness has been a constant in jill’s life for as long as she can remember. what started as a love for the élevé method quickly grew into a passion for coaching others toward their own fitness goals and helping them feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.

at élevé, jill leads high-energy circuit training and définie classes. she brings the perfect mix of rhythm-driven movement and strength training to help clients refine form, build confidence, and leave feeling stronger every time.

shaking in class? good.

that shake is your muscles working exactly as they should. during Lagree, we use slow, controlled movement and extended time under tension to challenge your slow twitch muscle fibers. these endurance focused fibers are responsible for stability, posture, and muscular stamina.

when those fibers begin to fatigue, your body responds with that familiar shake. it’s not weakness. it’s your muscles adapting, working, and getting stronger.

so if you’re shaking through that lunge, embrace it. that’s where the magic happens.

meet holly ✨

holly has always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel confident and strong. after discovering lagree, she quickly fell in love with the method’s challenging yet low-impact approach and the way it builds both physical and mental strength.
▫️
before becoming an instructor, holly worked as a registered nurse and deeply understands the importance of caring for both the body and mind. she loves that lagree allows people of all fitness levels to challenge themselves while moving intentionally and safely.
▫️
outside the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband, two children, and granddaughter, working on home projects, reading, golfing, or taking classes herself. holly is excited to continue growing as an instructor and hopes every client leaves class feeling stronger, empowered, and proud of themselves.

we are so excited to spotlight one of our familiar faces you can count on seeing bright and early all week long 🤍 if you’ve taken class with her, you know she brings the best energy into the room every single time. she shows up ready to work, always pushes herself, and somehow still manages to encourage everyone around her while doing it. her kind heart, uplifting attitude, and dedication to herself and her routine are just a few of the many reasons we love having her at our studio!

“I’m a Lagree girl through and through but I do love mixing it up with combo classes too! My ideal week is usually 3 Lagree classes, 1 strength class, and 1 combo class.”
⬜how often do you attend?
“About 5–6 times a week! Monday through Friday for sure, and Saturdays are a given if I’m in town.”
⬜favorite thing about the studio?
“Ugh, it’s honestly my favorite place ever. The vibe is unmatched and I love how much thought each instructor puts into their routines. Every class pushes and challenges you in a different way.”
⬜what keeps you coming back?
“The challenge keeps me coming back. I’ve been doing Lagree for five years, and it still humbles me every single time in the best way.”
