What a day at the LHSAA East Regional Powerlifting Meet at Catholic High! Our Panthers showed up, showed OUT, and brought home some serious hardware🏆🐾

After huge performances across all three lifts, we’re proud to celebrate:

🥇 Mung Lama — East Regional Champion (132 lbs)
🏆 Best Lightweight Lifter
💥 1100 lb TOTAL

🥇 Nathan Nguyen — East Regional Champion (114 lbs)
💥 780 lb TOTAL

The energy was unreal all day — clutch lifts, comeback moments, and Panthers battling rep by rep until the final deadlift. This is what grit, discipline, and Panther Pride look like.

After representing Woodlawn with pride and continuing his football journey this past season at Grambling State University, this honor is a testament to his hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
We are extremely proud to see one of our own continue to shine on a national stage and represent our program, our school, and our community the right way.

What a night for Woodlawn Soccer! Our Panthers picked up a huge 4–2 victory over Liberty High School on a special Senior Night celebration.

We want to give a huge shoutout to our seniors for their leadership, commitment, and contributions to the soccer program. Your hard work, dedication, and pride in Woodlawn have helped lay the foundation for continued success. Once a Panther, always a Panther!

Also, major credit to Coach Diaz for his relentless work, leadership, and dedication to building this program the right way. The growth and fight shown by this team speaks volumes.
