You could read nutrition plans and watch workout videos all day, but you won't see results until you pick up the weights. Similarly, knowing scripture is pointless if you do not apply it to your daily life.

May 25th - Memorial Day 🇺🇸 (9am-10am)
We have a special 9am bootcamp class , HIIT training with Coach Yanna. Members are free , guests $10.
🏐May 30th - Community Volleyball Game (9am- 12p)
If you love to play volleyball, come out & join us. Members are free , guests $10.

The S.E. Mackey Center (Coach Iyanna & Facility Director Mr. Quincy) attended the Earth Day event hosted by The Walls Project.
It was a resounding success, with impressive community turnout and engagement. 🥳🌳🌍
At the S.E. Mackey table we provided attendees with personalized dietary advice based on their blood type. Along with their BMI and body fat percentage assessment.
