If you want to get better at wrestling, your warm up reps should look like this.

Slow, intentional, thinking through your set up routine. Hands and feet moving, fakes, clean shot, quick finish.

Day 2 Women’s National Duals Wrestler of the Day: Iranie Harrison

Iranie had an impressive showing in Indiana on day 2, going undefeated with key victories against Indiana, North Carolina, and Arkansas. Overall, she finished 5-1 in competition and helped lead the team to their first two dual wins in program history! A member of Team LA since its inception, Iranie has been a crucial piece in building up our women’s team over the past three years. Her leadership and explosive style will be missed next year, but we wish her luck as she competes at the collegiate level! 💥

Congrats Iranie!!

14u Greco in the books!
BRTC walks away with 2 All-Americans Jaxon Mancuso and Jackson DeSalvo. This is achieved by going undefeated (7-0) throughout the Greco session. Great performance by these young men, and great effort from all of our athletes while repping Team LA.
