Hey Gym Family!

Make sure to get your miles in. Some have finished the 34.3 miles already. Great work!

The rest of us . Let's push through. It's still achievable.

If you weren't apart of the run, there's still time to sign up for the Fitness Challenege.

See a coach or front desk for details.

UFC GYM UPDATE

Hey Gym Family.

We are still closed at the moment. I wanted to give you all more insight to why it's taking so long.

If you have any questions , send us a message or email us at [email protected].

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding.

The crews are working to get us back running as soon as possible.

Quick update!

We are still closed today.

It's hard to say exactly when we will open but the main priority right now is getting everything cleaned and making it safe to open. Hopefully by the weekend.

This wasn't a simple break in. The person spent their time inside destroying the gym.

This knocked us down but Champions will always get back up.

We will be sending updates through emails and social media.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you UFC Gym Family!

IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE

UFC GYM Sherwood will be CLOSED TODAY, Tuesday, September 8th.

Unfortunately, our facility experienced a break-in overnight that resulted in damage to the gym. Out of an abundance of caution and to give our team the time needed to assess the damage, clean up, and make sure the facility is ready for our members, we will be closed for the day.

We know many of you plan your day around your workouts and classes, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Our team is already working to get everything taken care of so we can get back to doing what we do best — training together.

We will keep everyone updated regarding reopening.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our UFC GYM Baton Rouge community.

LABOR DAY WORKOUT : DONE.

What a way to spend Labor Day!

Huge shoutout to everyone who came out for our 9:30AM Hybrid Class with Coach Darius & Coach Rileigh. We mixed Boxing Conditioning + D.U.T. for one serious workout — and this crew showed up ready to WORK.

And of course, hard work deserves a good refuel. 🍔 Huge thank you to our neighbors at Hungry Bites for providing the post-workout burgers!

Days like today are what UFC GYM is all about — work hard, have fun, and do it together.
Thank you to our members, guests, coaches, and everyone who spent part of their Labor Day with us.

Happy Labor Day from the UFC GYM family!
