Yoga was created to build strength, discipline, focus, and resilience.
The earliest yoga texts were written by men.
The Bhagavad Gita is literally a yoga lesson on a battlefield.
Indian wrestlers used yoga poses for power training. Krishnamacharya taught young boys and athletes.
So if any guy ever thinks yoga isnât âfor him,â he doesnât know the history.
