This Friday (2/25) will kick off our 3-week event for Friday Night Lights! Heats will start at 5:30PM!

Has 2022 started the way you wanted it to? If not, here are some numbers that we find worthwhile to track!

1οΈβ£ Muscle Mass: this is the king of your metrics. Hang on to or build as much as you can!
2οΈβ£ Body Fat Mass: how much fat is on your body? Drop that number with good eating habits!
3οΈβ£ Visceral Fat: we want to drop this number down as low as possible. High levels here can indicate health risks.
4οΈβ£ Weight: not always the best indicator of progress, but it's something to keep track of.
