That’s a wrap on our 2026 season. 🥺

It wasn’t the ending we had hoped for, but that’s the game we all love. We ran into a talented team today, and it just wasn’t our day.

This team has been years in the making. Addy and Amaya have been together since 8U, with Clara joining them at 9U. When those three made the move from Chaos to Diamonds at 13U, Bella, Josie, and Annalise became part of the journey. Ruby and Myiah joined in 15U, followed by Jessie and Kaelyn at 16U. This season, Madison joined the team to spend her final year of travel ball playing alongside close friends before continuing her softball career in college.

Watching these girls grow—not only as athletes but as young women—has been an incredible privilege. We’ve shared countless practices, tournaments, road trips, wins, tough losses, and so many memories that will last a lifetime.

While it’s hard to think we won’t see this group take the field together again, we’re incredibly grateful for every moment. Thank you, girls, for the dedication, the laughter, the friendships, and the memories. We can’t wait to see what each of you accomplishes in your next chapter.

Day 2 of tournament play is here!

We finish up pool play this morning, then it’s time for bracket play. Every pitch, every out, every at-bat matters as we compete to keep our weekend going.

Let’s get locked in, play our game, and leave it all on the field.

Pool game 1 and 2 ended with the L. There were some tough moments but you learn and grow and move on. Bright moments were Myiah’s first ever home run during game 2 so that was super exciting. That one was shortly followed up with another home run by Josie, AKA McDinger. Tomorrow brings a new day of another pool game in the morning and bracket starts tomorrow afternoon. Be there or be 🔲!

There’s a reason to celebrate today and that’s for our #21, Jessie!! She’s 18 and the birthday queen! So let’s give a big birthday shout out to her to help her celebrate 🎈🥳

That’s a wrap on our tournament weekend. We ended up finalist and it was a nail biter to the end. It didn’t go how we hoped but that’s how it is sometimes. All 3 games were close today and all the players contributed one way or another. Ruby led the weekend offensively with a hot bat and getting around the bases. Kae was amazing on the mound. She led the team to some great victories and did a fantastic job. Amaya got home run #2 during the championship game to help us get the early lead but we just fell short in the last inning.

Next weekend is the last for the 2026 season and it’ll be so bitter sweet. Some of these players have been together since 9u, then the others joined at 13u, and the last couple over the past 2 seasons. So really “Diamonds Olin”really means “Diamonds Family”.
