For more than 14 years (7 years in Battle Creek), Burn has helped people build confidence, strength, and momentum through fitness.

Now, we’re fusing those worlds, music and movement, so you can feel the energy every time you walk through our doors.

Bring dad (or your father figure) to camp tomorrow morning for Father’s Day (7, 8* & 9*AM) to show him how much you appreciate him! He also gets to attend for 🚨FREE🚨!!!

If he’s never been here before be sure to show up 10-15 minutes before camp starts OR get him set up on the app so he’s ready to go (and ready to come again cuz he’ll love it so much 😉).

👟 All dads and father figures work out FREE at any camp time - 7am 8am 9am! Bring your dad, stepdad, grandpa, uncle, mentor, or the father figure who has made a difference in your life for a fun Bodyweight Conditioning camp.

Join us for a morning of movement, laughs, and quality time together. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Father’s Day weekend and make some memories.

Meet the Jordan Family - Scott, Trebol & Mackenzie!💙💙

Here is Scott’s story:

“Summer of 2024 I went in for a routine yearly physical and my lab work came back as prediabetic. My A1C levels were at 7.1, and my doctor immediately put me on a medication to start working on lowering my numbers. I didn’t realize how much I had let myself go so I began working hard on making the necessary changes to get my health back on track. Within 3 months I lost the first 40 pounds with just dietary changes and of course the medication was a huge help. My A1C dropped down to 5.0, I started to feel better and decided to start adding physical activity to my routine. My wife suggested I do one of the 30 day trial memberships at her gym, and I gave it a try. Our daughter wanted to support me by doing the trial and getting back into an exercise routine herself, so we made it a family affair. I’ve never been a gym membership person, but for my health, I was willing to give it a try. I did the trial and began to see a difference in my weight and was feeling even better. We began to develop a routine so we joined in January of 2025. Since then I have lost an additional 30 pounds making my total weight lost just shy of 80 pounds in under a year. At my last doctor’s appointment my A1C was a 4.7 and I felt accomplished. I was able to reverse the diabetes and get my health back on track. My wife has been a Burn member since day one and the only thing I regret is not joining sooner. The support from the trainers and having the focus meetings every month has helped keep me on track and motivated to keep going strong. I’m grateful for my wife and daughter’s support and proud of them for putting in hard work as well. They’re motivation kicked into high gear with seeing my results, and they have seen major changes themselves. Burn has definitely become part of my daily life, and I’m always looking forward to the next camp”
