Good morning Pirates,
Just a reminder that our first Pirates-Bombers Family Day is less than 3 weeks away!!!
We have a full day of rugby on tap as our Peninsula Pirates will kick off at 9am, followed by an Old Boys (35+) match at 11am and ending with a Bayonne Bombers A Side match at 1pm.
Please note- for the flag matches at 9, play will be intra squad. We are requesting that each player arrive with TWO shirts, one Green and one White, so we can divide teams appropriately.
We plan on having matches at all levels with play continuing until 11am when the first tackle match kicks off. Please bring snacks and water for your players as there will not be a concession stand for this event.
We are hoping the flag players stay and watch the next few matches to see their coaches get a bit of a run in as well as see the next steps in the rugby timeline as our players move up in level.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
See you on the Pitch

End of the season Pizza Party was a huge success. Coach Ralph had 4 amazing players graduate out, Ryleigh, Jane, Ava and Logan (not in picture)! All the kids had fun tossing the rugby ball around on the street like real city kids. Thank you Al, Ashley, Winx and all the staff at The Vic Tavern for the amazing food and service as always. Thank you to all the parents for an amazing season. We look forward to your kids coming back next year. 8-4-26
