2nd week back was a success!!

So happy to share the floor with such amazing women, and to be able to TEACH 🙌💚🖤

My die hard ladies are my heart and soul and I am so grateful to have their undying support, but I am even more grateful for their support of the new additions that have been joining us and making everyone feel at home … You guys are the energy that makes Zone Z so special.

Every week is an opportunity to dance and share energy with like-minded women, and for the ability to guide you I am so grateful 🙏 To my newbies, WELCOME 🤗 Remember that any workout is better than NO workout, and if you are moving you are burning 🔥 Showing up is the hardest part, and I gotchu from there 😉
