50 TO 50 🎉MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
When I did my first bodybuilding competition years ago, I was already a personal trainer. I didn’t do it because I had something to prove to others, I did it to prove to myself that I could transform my body through discipline, consistency, and hard work. I was also about to turn forty 😉
As I approached my 50th birthday, I set a personal goal in January: to be the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of myself when I turned 50.
Then, 50 days before my birthday, I decided to truly lock in and created the 50 to 50 Challenge. Several amazing women joined me, each committed to their own goals, and together we pushed ourselves through those final 50 days.
This photo was taken on May 16th, just four days after my 50th birthday.
Mission accomplished.
What makes this accomplishment even more meaningful is seeing the incredible transformations from the women who joined the challenge. Watching them build confidence, strength, and healthier habits was just as rewarding as reaching my own goal.
Turning 50 didn’t make me slow down.
It reminded me that age is not the limitation people think it is. Consistency, commitment, and showing up for yourself day after day are what create results.

An exercise I’ve been doing for years… and guess what? I’m still doing it.
The truth is, my exercise selection hasn’t changed much over the years. There’s no magic exercise, no secret booty-building movement, and no trendy workout that suddenly changes everything.
What matters is:
✅ Proper technique
✅ Muscle isolation and mind-to-muscle connection
✅ Progressive overload
✅ Consistency over time
✅ And most importantly… nutrition
You want to build muscle? You have to eat.
(Prove me wrong. 😜)
Your body needs enough calories, protein, and nutrients to recover and grow. You can’t expect to build curves, glutes, shoulders, or any other muscle while constantly under-eating.
Train hard. Eat accordingly. Be patient. Repeat.
The basics still work. 💪🔥

La realidad es que mi selección de ejercicios no ha cambiado mucho con el paso de los años. No existe un ejercicio mágico, ni un movimiento secreto para crecer glúteos, ni una rutina de moda que lo cambie todo.
Lo que realmente importa es:

¿Quieres desarrollar músculo? Tienes que comer.

Tu cuerpo necesita suficientes calorías, proteína y nutrientes para recuperarse y crecer. No puedes esperar construir glúteos, hombros o cualquier otro músculo mientras comes menos de lo que tu cuerpo necesita.
Entrena duro. Come de acuerdo a tu meta. Sé paciente. Repite.
