We will go over all softball skills; throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, base running, mental toughness and speed and agility.

Hello!

My name is Rachel Smith-Duty! I will be having a pitching clinic May 11th, 6-8pm, 5 spots available. This clinic is for beginners to those who have been pitching. I would love to work with your daughter and help her take steps toward her goal of becoming the best pitcher that she can be.

Things we will go over:

-proper warm up
-mechanics for using our body efficiently and effectively
-proper load, drive and whip
-Pitching mindset

-pitching since 9 years old.
-McNeese State University Pitcher 2013-2017

Hey y’all!

With school not starting until September 8th for Goose Creek, Sarah Barker and I have decided to put on a softball clinic, July 28th and 30th. We are both experienced Division I collegiate athletes, who are passionate about teaching the game. We will cover all Softball Skills, Infield, Outfield, Pitching, Catching and Hitting. There are only 10 spots available due to COVID-19 and wanting to keep everyone safe. We will be following Guidlines put in place for our health and safety. Please send your child with the following;

-mask
-hand sanitizer
-water(lots of it)

PARENTS...Please social distance and wear a mask if 6ft or less apart during sessions.

Payment due day of(cash). We will also have a waiver to sign upon arrival. If for some reason you can not make it, please let us know so that we can fill your spot. We also ask that if you or your child is exhibiting any COVID symptoms, that you do not send them.

To sign your child up, PM me! We will keep you updated on spots available for each session.
