outdoor yoga classes are unpredictable and the environment is constantly changing, completely out of our control.
the high tide may hit our toes while in savasana, the leaf blower may be on the whole time at the park, maybe a loose pup interrupts the class (all have happened😅)

our reactions are always a choice.
