That’s right! The BTC returns on Oct. 4 with the Beaufort Shrimp Festival Run Forrest Run 5K, followed by the Swing Bridge Run on Nov. 1 and the Turkey Trot 5K on Nov. 27.

BMH’s Mobile Wellness Unit will be on-site at the Beaufort Digital Corridor offering free health services, including blood pressure and blood sugar checks, to help you get race-day ready. Join us on Thursday, May 29, from 11 AM to 2 PM. 🩺🚌

Evolve into Fitness & Nutrition will also be on-site serving up some refreshing electrolyte drinks.
