P.S. Yes the FIFA World Cup has a new Champion Spain 🇪🇸 and congratulations to runner-up Argentina 🇦🇷 for an excellent tournament. Also congratulations to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 for their 3rd place and France on their 4th place finish. USA 🇺🇸 finished tied for 9th place. 👏 ❤️🤍 💙
