Time: 1:00pm

Prices: $30 per session or Buy 10 for $250
Bring a friend $20 per person

Centerstage will provide two bottles of water.
**YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL AND FITNESS MAT**

Want to know what to eat first thing in the morning on boot camp days?
3-4 egg white/spinach omelette
1 slice of Ezekiel Toast (or whole wheat)
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 Slice of pan seared Turkey Deli meat

Aside from getting fit, let’s also focus on nutrition! 🙏🏼💪🏼
