The heart is muscle tissue too.
At rest, roughly 5 liters of blood are pumped per minute. During exercise, that number can rise toward 30.
One more reason I believe in movement year-round, especially outside where you can truly feel the seasons change.

🏡 🏋♀️ I’m currently building Brick House Fitness, a boutique wellness and training space in Beaumont, Texas while completing my NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach certifications. Yes, we'll be in the kitchen sometimes. Brick House is named for the 100-year-old home which shares space with Taluka Trades in the lovely Oaks Historic District.

I’m currently completing my NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) certifications, with plans to officially certify in July.
In the meantime, I’m opening a limited number of founding member spots for training at my studio space inside Taluka Trades at 2398 Laurel.
No loud gym environment or influencer-style fitness page. The goal is strength for real life through consistency, nutrition, capability, and building habits that last.
