Today in fitness kickboxing, our students worked on jabbing into their roundkick! Being able to setup your kicks with punches is a super valuable skill and fundamental in kickboxing!
In this video our kickboxers are working on a unique combo with a push off the bag to make space into a switch kick! Staying active and keeping steady throwing combos is an excellent way to improve your cardio!
