Let me start by introducing myself to all the new followers!!!! First of all, THANK YOU for being here! Thank you for finding me! Thank you for adding me!
My name is Stacy, and I am an artist. Sounds so crazy to say that out loud. I have ALWAYS been an artist, but you would have NEVER heard me call myself that~until just here recently. So, for all my old followers, let me REINTRODUCE myself šŸ˜‚.
HELLO!!!! My name is Stacy. And I AM AN ARTIST!
I have loved art for as long as I can remember. I have been creating for as long as I can remember. I have been a very self-conscious artist for a very long time.
Not any more. Something about turning into the 50ish eraā€¦I found me. I LOVE TO PAINT! Just about anything! Give me a brush and some paint and my mind starts swirling, my soul starts healing, and my heart starts racing.
I have been in public education since 1997. Taught for 6 years, and a counselor ever since.
I quit for a few years to be with my girls, my husband said we couldnā€™t afford it (he was right) but I did it anyway. And wouldnā€™t change a second of it.
I went back when they started school.
Now 20 years later, I quit again. Husband said we canā€™t afford it, and I said I canā€™t afford to not.
So here I amā€¦.this is me!
I love painting storefront windows, murals on walls, cowboys on canvas, sensory paths on sidewalks, parking spots for seniors and maybe adding a few other things to my list.
So please reach out to me!!!! Letā€™s paint!!!
