Before you ask me why my legs are bruised, my knees are scared and my nails are broken. Realize I hit the drop ball, take the shot at home plate and swing for the fence. Recognition by Assembly Woman Norma Torres at her district office in Chino. And at the Chino City Hall meeting - Mayor Yates recognized the Firecrackers, 12U Softball Team for winning the Amateur Softball Association’s 2011 National Championship. Mayor Yates accompanied by Heather Rouhana representing Congressman Gary Miller and David Monroy representing Senator Bob Huff presented certificates of recognition to Coach Rob Wishner; Manager Sean Brashear; Assistant Coaches; and players.
