Shooter S and Shooter M took a break from practicing for Camp Perry and came out to have some fun at the Youth Field Day put on by the Beaver County Sportsmen's Conservation League Youth Foundation. The kids had a lot of fun and Shooter M won one of the special ticket prizes. Huge thank you to all the sponsors, donors, and volunteers whom donated to help make this event such a fun activity for the kids.

The JR Team has made it back home from the Ohio State Championships at Erie County Sportsman's Club.
Both Shooter S and Shooter M improved their scores from Perry last year. And we still have a month and a half before Perry this year, so I'm excited to see how their scores improve as they practice. Now that school is done, they will be practicing twice a week since they will be shooting 2 relays this year. They both will be shooting 1 relay in the T class and 1 relay in the TU class.
Today, Shooter S shot a 556, and Shooter M shot a 548.
Our main objective for this match was to see where their baseline was at in a match setting, as we can only simulate the pressure of a match at home so much, and they got a chance to familiarize themselves again with the Electronic scoring system and new course of fire change for the Electronic scoring system, since they won't get to do the class the day before the match this year at Perry.
Thank you for your continued support, Coach Kelsey.
