Congrats to Brody on a great run today. 17:12 for 28th place of 243 runners. Just missed a medal but that’s the best we’ve ever had from a junior at states. Outstanding season!

Brody Graham is ready for the big race tomorrow!

We didn’t hit all of our goals today but still got several PRs, still got the girls team an 8th place finish out of 27 teams, and Brody Graham took 9th, a medal, and another ticket to Hershey! Pretty nice day.

We will host our 5th Blackhawk Turkey Trot this year. We hit 370 participants last year.

Congrats to Sarah Derringer and Ava Erickson who did the Howl at the Moon 5k in Beaver. Ava got first for the girls 13-15 age with a 22:31. And Sarah finished third for the 16-19 age with a 22:32 and a new pr!
