Every once in a while I treat my students to a sound bath. Last night we did just that to start of 2025 with a reset.

Pride and gratitude are the two words that keep coming to mind. This is my precious student, Sara, who finished her last training session today. There's a bit more paperwork and homework to finish, but she is steps away from being licensed as a Holy Yoga instructor. I am proud of the dedication and growth she showed through this whole process. I'm grateful to bear witness to the transformation and equipping she received to step out in her God-given purpose to encourage others in their faith in God.

Teach the teacher. Staying curious and willing to learn is a huge part of being a good teacher. I am so thankful that I got to learn this weekend at the first ever Christian Yoga Expo.

I had the opportunity to love on my coworkers at the hospital through the modality of sound. If you haven't already, you can schedule your own private or group sound bath.
