In 1991, the Board acquired 7.75 acres of park land from Victory Baptist Church in the unincorporated area of the Township, hence the name Victory Park. The park is adjacent to Rotary Park located off Dayton-Xenia Road and is currently maintained as passive parkland. A friendly reminder that the restroom has been closed for the winter but the Park District has installed a portable toilet for the public's use in the interim. The park is open year round so please continue to come out and enjoy the wonderful recreational equipment and facilities that is specifically designed with all access in mind.

REVISED SCHEDULE:
The small parking lot adjacent to the Owens Place Park will be closed for maintenance on Tuesday, August 25th, instead of the previously reported August 24th. Please use the parking lot across the Rotary Park access road. The parking lot will be open again on Wednesday, August 26. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The Hillside Slide play area is coming along nicely at Owen's Place Park. There is some landscape work and work on the parking lot to be done in the next couple of weeks. Thanks go to Owen's Place group and donations received from many sources to make this part a reality. The Owen's Place Recreational Facilities remain closed to the public but that hasn't stopped the Owen's Place Group from beginning its next construction project of installing the Hillside Slide. Hopefully everyone is staying safe and practicing safe separation while using the open green space of Owens Place Park. Rotary Park and Owen's Place Park (formerly Victory Park) is closed due to the excessive rains and flooding. Please visit later when the grounds have dried out. Mrs. Jones was an early and big supporter of Owen's Place recreational facility located in Victory Park. Louise cared deeply about the community and especially the children who needed such a unique place like Owen's Place - all accessible recreation facility. The Beavercreek Township Park District offers our condolences to the Jones family.
