Murph 2026 is in the books! 3 heats of athletes came out to push themselves hard and try their best at CrossFit's annual tradition of running, pullups, pushups, and squats!
Many PRs, many firsts, and more importantly, many memories.

Shout-out to for reaching 2000 classes! Bob has been dedicated to Bombers for almost a whole decade now and helps provide the foundation for our 5am crew. As he likes to remind us "no one ever schedules you for 5am. You can always show up"

When he was younger, Chad found his passion for running -- especially long distance. As he got to college, he realized that this CrossFit thing was actually making him better at it too! Now he's using what we do in the gym to prepare him for his goals of a marathon and an Iron Man 💪💪

Huge shout-out to Coach for reaching 2000 classes this week! Years of consistency paying off!
Coach Alissa may not be the loudest in the group, but she is definitely one of the most passionate about what she does -- as an athlete and a coach. She continues to show up, cheer for others, improve her craft, and make progress towards her goals!
