Beaverton Beavers Youth Lacrosse is a competitive lacrosse program in Oregon.

Beaverton Beavers Youth Lacrosse provides all youth (grades K-8) living within the Beaverton High School boundary an opportunity to participate in a competitive lacrosse program, emphasizing the fundamentals of the game, good sportsmanship and the spirit of competition.

The Beaverton High School Lacrosse program is hosting a free youth clinic January 29th from 10am-12:30pm, at Cedar Hills Park.

This is for 3rd -8th grade and we will have coaches there to teach high level lacrosse to experienced players as well as introduce the game to those who haven't played before. If you are new to the game we will provide sticks for you to borrow for the day.

We are teaming up with the men's Rippers lacrosse team, their team has players who have played college lacrosse all over the country from Western Oregon to NCAA D1 High Point University. Most of their players are also coaches all over the state of Oregon including your Beaverton Varsity team.

After the clinic the men's Rippers team will be playing in an exhibition game from 12:30 to 2pm for players to stay and watch.

The OGLA Youth Scrimmage Series is back!!

We are excited to announce that we will be holding a scrimmage league for all level players every Saturday afternoon beginning Jan 21st at Lewis and Clark College/ Griswold Stadium.
There will be two small sided games and (one for beginners and one for more advanced players. It will consist of 15 minutes of warm up/ drill followed by 45 minutes of play. We will have high school mentors/ junior coaches on hand from a variety of lacrosse programs from in and around the city of Portland. This will be a great chance to refresh your skills before the season begins, meet some older kids who are eager to share their experience and HAVE FUN!

What: Youth Scrimmage League
Time: 5th and 6th grade 4:00pm-5:00pm / 7th and 8th grade 5:00pm-6:00pm
Where: Griswold Stadium, Lewis and Clark College (0615 SW Palatine Hill Road, Portland, Oregon 97219)
Dates: Saturdays Jan 21-Feb 25
Cost: $60

Hello Beaverton Youth Lacrosse Players

Registration is now open for the Spring 23 season!

The season will run mid-March through end May. K-2 will have Saturday clinics beginning in April. Boys and girls 3rd-8th grade will have 2/day a week practices with Saturday games. Games will begin in early April. Practice and game fields are TBD.

BBYL is planning on attending both the girls and boys tournaments at THPRD in mid-May.

Costs this year will be:

K-2: $50.00

3rd-8th: $195.00

Please register early as this helps us put teams together and request adequate field space.
