Welcome back dancers! 💛🩰 The 2026-2027 session is officially underway 🤩🥳 We can’t wait to dance with you all! See you soon for the first week of dance classes 🫶

It’s not too late!! Sign your dancer up for summer dance camp 🕺☀️ We’ve got space in camps starting next week through the end of July! Ages 3-10 years old. Register your dancer with our online form! Camps still available:

⭐️WHEN DID YOU FIRST START DANCING? WHEN DID YOU JOIN COMPANY?
“I first started dancing at 3 years old. I joined Company in the 3rd grade.”

🩰WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STYLE OF DANCE AND WHY?
“My favorite style is jazz because | love the energy. Jazz can be a party, I love high energy cardio dances. I love energetic music and I like to watch jazz and hip hop dances.”

🥹WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE DANCE MOMENT?
“My most memorable dance moment is performing Snow
Queen in the Nutcracker.”

🫶WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT NVDCO?
“My favorite thing about company is the performance opportunities, I like being able to dance at different events for people. I also like that for the most part you get to keep dancing with the same people, getting to know them, and learn how to dance well with each other.”

👯‍♀️WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT WITH DANCE FRIENDS?
“My most memorable moment with dance friends is learning dances like the doll dance or black car.”

🥾🧑‍🍳DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER HOBBIES, INTERESTS OR HIDDEN TALENTS?
“My favorite hobbies are hiking, baking, volunteering.”

🎓WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR NEXT YEAR?!
“Next year I plan on going to college, majoring in finance and international relations, and continuing to dance, but not sure what any of that looks like yet.”

“I first started dancing when I was 2 years old. I joined Company when I was 6 years old!”

🩰WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STYLE OF DANCE AND WHY?
“My favorite style of dance is lyrical because | love to use dance as my outlet to express my feelings and emotions.”

🥹WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE DANCE MOMENT?
“My most memorable dance moment would probably be the feeling I got every time I did my sophomore year competition duet with Ezrie.”

🫶WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT NVDCO?
“My favorite thing about NVDCo is how much the teachers actually want to get to know you and build a relationship with you.”

👯‍♀️WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT WITH DANCE FRIENDS?
“My most memorable moment with dance friends is my first two years on the competition team and we all went out to dinner at BJ’s after performances.”

“Other than dance, I also sing, love musicals and I compete with the Glencoe High School Varsity Colorguard team!”

“Next year, I plan to work at a hospital as a CNA!”

⭐️WHEN DID YOU FIRST START DANCING? WHEN DID YOU JOIN COMPANY? “When I was 3 years old. I joined Company in 2018 when I was 10 years old!”

🩰WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STYLE OF DANCE AND WHY?
“I love Musical Theater and Contemporary for the same reason. They both really give you a chance to tell a story, and I love being able to do that.”

🥹WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE DANCE MOMENT?
“Going to 2024 Velocity Nationals, and winning a bunch of fun scholarships through my years on comp team.”

🫶WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT NVDCO?
“All the amazing staff and faculty that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and train under. They’ve really shaped me into the person and dancer l am today. As most of them say, ‘Dance training is life training, and they couldn’t be more right.”

👯‍♀️WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT WITH DANCE FRIENDS?
“The fun little in betweens...grabbing food in between nutcracker shows, team dinners at a friend’s house (love you Livie), dance parties before shows, and everything in between.”

🎤🐎DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER HOBBIES, INTERESTS OR HIDDEN TALENTS?
“I love singing for my youth group’s worship team and crocheting. I like to ride horses at my aunt and uncle’s house when I can! And I tend to make new friends everywhere I go.”

🎓WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR NEXT YEAR?!
“I am going to George Fox in the fall for Kinesiology, and continuing my dance training through local studios. And I plan on auditioning for the Radio City Rockettes in the spring!”
