I saw this viral trend where a freshly baked cookie is placed over ice cream and it melts on top and knew I had to try it...
My cookies look a bit different around here so this was not quite as melty but dammmmnnn it was 🔥 If you've ever had a pizookie it was definitely giving deep dish cookie vibes, but obviosuly had to go with some Tillamook vanilla bean ice cream for pairing 😍 This week my double chocolate fudge cookies are going to be insaneeeee and would also be amazing with some ice cream- can't wait for you all to try them out!!

Obsessed much?
It's been an whole summer fling and I'm not even ashamed to admit- I'm not ready to let it go quite yet. What I love about having premade meals is the versatility to make this beauty super quick post workout, or if I want something lighter, cut the carbs and have a lettuce wrap or throw over some greens for a killer salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
