I’m continuing to expand the network of recruiters I’m partnering with through STRM Recruiting.
We’re currently partnering with some of the country’s leading data center construction general contractors, and I’m looking to connect with recruiters who want an opportunity to work on searches in one of the fastest-growing areas of construction.
The model is simple:
• 1099 independent contractor opportunity
• 100% commission-based
• 50/50 commission splits
• Work alongside STRM Recruiting on active searches
• Data center / hyperscale construction recruiting experience is a major plus
I’m especially interested in people who enjoy the hunt.
Recruiters who love sourcing.
Who know how to find the person who isn’t applying to the job.
Who can build relationships with passive candidates.
And who want an opportunity where their results directly impact what they earn.
