A seed does not think about it's shell, or the dirt that surrounds it. The seed does not dream about the sun or it's thirst for water. The seed is content in it's potency of potential existence. The seed TRUSTS in the nature of things and in this trust the whole universe unfolds.

That has how I have felt most of my life.

I was fearless to explore it in the comforts of my mind yet scared sh*tless to live it out in the flesh.

Look at that smile! A couple years ago I lead a Qigong Breathing Workshop in Bradenton Florida and my 80 year old grandmother participated like a G. After the Breath Empowerment she was just buzzing with life and clarity. She said she could feel a vibration in her belly. I explained to her that the Qi was flowing into her lower dantien and that fresh super oxygenated blood was pulsing deep into her organs moving out stagnant blood. It's moments like this that remind you why YOU ARE HERE.

It's a beautiful day in with perfect weather. I'm so grateful to be back on the field having playing the sport I . Shout out to everyone that has helped make this come true⚡
