π¨π³ ORGDA China Journey | First Stop: Beijing
Our China journey begins in Beijing β and what a beautiful beginning it is. β€οΈ
At the iconic Beijing Shougang Park, our ORGDA gymnasts had the incredible opportunity to meet and connect with young Chinese gymnasts. What began as a meeting between athletes quickly became a beautiful exchange of friendship, passion, discipline, and dreams.
Together, the gymnasts trained, performed, shared experiences, and learned from one another β discovering that although they come from different places, the language of gymnastics is universal.
From the training floor to the performance space, every moment was filled with energy, curiosity, encouragement, and inspiration. Our athletes were not only learning new skills, but also experiencing the culture and spirit of Chinese gymnastics firsthand.
β¨ Train together.
Perform together.
Learn from each other.
Dream beyond borders.
This is more than a trip.
It is a journey of connection, inspiration, and growth β bringing young athletes from Oregon and China together through the sport they love.
And this is only the first stop of our ORGDA China journey. πΊπΈβ€οΈπ¨π³

β¨ From a Six-Year-Old Girl to an Artist Ready for Her Next Chapter β¨
This summer marks a very special milestone for our ORGDA family. After this summer, our beautiful dancer Catherine will be heading to college to continue her studies in dance and the arts. π©°π¨β¨
Catherine has been part of ORGDA since she was just six years old. She first began her journey with rhythmic gymnastics, where she developed strength, discipline, coordination, and a deep understanding of movement. As she grew, her passion for dance continued to blossom, leading her into ballet and allowing her to discover her own artistic voice.
For so many years, we have watched Catherine grow β from a little girl taking her first steps in the studio to the confident, thoughtful, and accomplished young artist she is today.
Her journey has never been only about perfecting a technique or learning another step. It has been about finding expression through movement, discovering who she is, and learning how to turn hard work into art.
Now, she is ready to take everything she has learned and begin a beautiful new chapter in the world of dance and the arts.
Catherine, we are incredibly proud of you. β€οΈ
Thank you for growing with us, inspiring the younger dancers, and being such an important part of the ORGDA family.
As you step onto this next stage, remember that every beginning has a story β and yours began here, at ORGDA, when you were only six.
Keep dancing. Keep creating. Keep dreaming.
Your stage is only getting bigger. β¨
With love and pride,
Your ORGDA Family π©°β€οΈ
