All three demonstrated an outstanding level of skill, knowledge, technique, and dedication in earning the rank of Nidan (2nd-Degree Black Belt).

Their hard work and commitment to the art of Judo is truly inspiring.

MaxOut Sports Judo had another outstanding class last night. Made even more special by guest Master Instructor Frances Glaze! Emphasis was on kata training, which teaches the principles of Judo, such as balance, timing, efficiency of movement, and the relationship between attack and defense.

An amazing class and a wealth of education…Thank You Sensei Frances!!!!

MaxOut Sports recently hosted the 2026 American Challenge, a National 100% Raw Federation Powerlifting Championship. Numerous State, National and World Records were either broken or established. Lifters came in from Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio.
All did an outstanding job demonstrating not only their strength but also their great sportsmanship.

A special shout out of thanks goes to all staff members and outside volunteers who helped to make this meet run smoothly.

MaxOut Sports Powerlifters put in a Super Performance! Check this Out:

Dr. Sam Jaffe – 1st Place and World Record Strict Curl Lift in the 75-79 age group 242lbs.
Denise Jaffe – 1st Place and State Record Strict Curl Lift in the 60-65 age group 123lbs.
***Denise is currently Ranked #1 in the Nation in the 123lbs Division for 2026.
Madison Jaffe – 1st Place and State Record Strict Curl Lift in the 30-34 age group 132lbs.
Bennett Rubin – 1st Place and State Record Strict Curl Lift in the 65-69 age group 181lbs.
Tony DiLucente – 1st Place and State Record Strict Curl Lift in the 65-69 age group 198lbs.
