I'll be teaching a yoga class in the art gallery on Pitt Street SATURDAY, JANUARY 18th 10-11 am. It's open to the public, but registration is required. Hope to see you there!

Only 4 more weeks of classes at Yoga Bedford, so you'll want to come now, if you ever plan to! Classes are on for this week, then I will be away for 2 weeks (last 2 weeks of November), then classes are on for the first 3 weeks of December, then the studio will be closing for an out of state move! So please come get your classes in at Yoga Bedford studio while you still can!
