Thank you to all the students and family who walked with us in the 4th of July parade. It was a hot one! It was the first parade my granddaughter was able to walk! And thank you for the pic with my mouth open while I was in the process of saying" don't take a pic of me doing this!!!!"😂😂😂

Congratulations to all of my students at Two Tigers Kung Fu Academy who competed in the Great lakes Kung Fu championships this weekend. All of our students medalled from Tai Chi forms, to kids and adult Shuaijao and San Shou. Although medals varied from first to third, one of our students won second place in almost every division 😂

The Dr. told me I need two knee replacements.Then she said whatever I'm doing that's making me this strong I should keep going. I've won National tournaments,competed in China and Brazil with these 🤣
