RETAIL SALES SPECIALIST

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at RIDE. This is an IN-PERSON position in Bedford, NY.
We’re specifically looking for someone who has real, hands-on retail sales experience and is passionate about horses/equestrian sport. Equestrian retail experience is a huge plus, but we’re absolutely open to someone coming from another strong retail environment who genuinely loves horses and wants to learn.
RIDE is a hands-on equestrian outfitter, we provide a high level of thorough fitting advice and have a thriving business of repeat clients that are wonderful to work with- outfitting a variety of riders from first time pleasure riders through Grand Prix level. We are seeking someone reliable, hardworking, proactive and comfortable doing whatever it takes to take care of our clients and keep the shop running. We work hard, and have fun while doing it! There is a tremendous amount to learn in our niche industry- so we’re looking for someone who wants to build something with us long-term.
Weekend availability is required. Our weekends are an important part of our business.
