Great job today to everyone who raced, especially at the Pine Barrens triathlon.

Mike F was the overall DU winner in the long course.

Ken Ellis was second overall in the sprint tri, Gabby was first age group.

Olympic tri - Ted M won his age group.

Way to go team!!

Nick and Rick raced today also in a bike race.

Way to go TMB !!

D1 Training is a sports performance and fitness facility for athletes of all ages and ability levels. D1 combines strength training, speed and agility, conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention in coach-led workouts designed to help people move better, get stronger, and perform at their best.

This is our host for the TMB Tuesday night ride and pizza/beer/ soda party.

I also want to thank the Westchester Triathlon giving us a free entry and the Bob Hendricks Memorial 5K giving us a free entry.
These will be part of the raffle prizes.

Ride times
A ride is a drop ride with an average pace-23 plus. Starts 5:53 sharp.

A minus ride is a drop ride with an average pace of 21.8-23
Starts 5:46 sharp

B plus is a drop ride with an average pace of 19.5-21 and starts at 5:43

B ride is a NO drop ride with an average pace of 18-20.5 and starts at 5:40
C ride ?? I think will start at 5- 5:10 and no drop

See you all Tuesday and wear long pants after or bring bug spray.

Hello TMB and bike buddies.
If the weather holds off we will do a wacky Wednesday ride tonight.
It will be a smaller group so we decided on the pace when we see who shows up.

TMB reverse loop tonight.
I don’t think we need a Strava map because it’s in reverse.

A and A- and B plus let’s say 5:45
B if you show up let’s say 5:40
Again the pace will be a little bit slower.

A ride starts at 5:55 sharp /24 plus drop ride.
A-starts at 5:48 sharp/22.5-23.1 and is a drop ride.
B plus starts at 5:46 sharp/ 21.5-22.5 and is a drop ride.
B starts at 5:40 sharp/19-21 and NO DROP!!
C ride 5:30 no drop.

Great job today at the Medford lakes triathlon.
Lots of podium spots from TMB.
Bob SP- 1 st age
Mark I -2nd age
Ada -3 rd age
Vanessa and Gabby were on the podium also.
Also congratulations to Silas who is now the NJ state champion. Bike racing for him.
How did Joe, Rick, Brian, Vlad do today.

The one common denominator is Tuesday night bike rides produces podiums

I was planning on having some type of social this week, but I woke up this morning and it was raining out.
With that said the bike starting times are the same as last week and tonight will be a celebratory night to congratulate all the endurance athletes that have participated in Ironman and hundred mile bike races in the last two months.
So we’ll do a beer and chips night after the ride.
Highly encouraged to bring your own beverages if you require a different taste than mine.
We will also have a few raffle prizes to give away tonight also.
