Nobody prepares you for how attached you become to the people you care for every week. 🤍

Today was my last session with one of my dear clients before our move to Michigan. Over time, what started as exercise became friendship, trust, laughter, stories, and so many special moments I’ll never forget.

This work is so much more than fitness to me.
It’s human connection.

I’m going to miss you so much! 💔

Some goodbyes are harder than words can explain. 🤍

For over a year, these sweet souls became part of my weekly life, not just clients, but people I deeply cared for. Last Monday was my last day with them before our move to Michigan, and hearing them say they’ll miss me reminded me why I chose this work in the first place.

Movement brings strength.
But connection is what truly changes us.

I’ll carry every hug, every laugh, every little conversation with me. 🤍

As many of you know, our family will soon be moving to Michigan.
And while I’m excited for this new chapter, it’s impossible not to feel emotional about leaving behind something so special.

This past year with my seniors has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
I came in hoping to help through movement and wellness, but I received so much more in return.

I had the privilege of getting to know incredible people with beautiful stories, wisdom, strength, humor, resilience, and hearts full of love.
They welcomed me with kindness, trusted me, encouraged me, and taught me lessons I will carry forever.

I’m so thankful for every smile, every conversation, every laugh during class, every hug, and every moment shared together.
I truly grew to love and respect each one of them deeply.

Leaving is not easy, because they became much more than participants in an exercise class, they became part of my heart. 💔

I will miss them dearly and will always be grateful for this season of life we shared together. ❤️

One day at a time, one rep at a time. So proud of his strength and commitment to getting better. 💚

If you or someone you love spends long periods sitting, this is so important 💛

Elevating the legs + moving the feet helps:
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Reduce swelling
✔️ Prevent stiffness
✔️ Support overall comfort

It’s simple… but powerful.

Even a few minutes at a time can make a difference 👏

Save this as a reminder and share with someone who needs it 🤍

Balance is not just about standing still.
It’s about confidence to move.

This is real-life training:
✔️ stepping sideways
✔️ controlling the body
✔️ trusting each movement again

And this is where independence lives.

So many seniors stop doing these movements…
and slowly lose the ability to do them at all.

But when we train with intention,
we don’t just exercise…

✨ we give them life back.

For 16 years, I lived with pain…
and no one could tell me why.

Doctor after doctor.
Test after test.
Wrong diagnoses.
Medications I didn’t need.

Two laparoscopies.
Pelvic therapy.
A hysterectomy.

And still… years of trying to understand what was happening inside my own body.

This is the reality for so many women living with endometriosis.

But that journey changed me.

It pushed me to learn.
To study movement.
To study the female body.
To become a Pilates instructor and a women’s fitness specialist so I could help women who are going through what I went through.

Because pain that goes unheard can become purpose.

Today, on Endometriosis Awareness Day, I speak for every woman who has been told:

“Your pain is normal.”
“It’s just hormones.”
“You’re exaggerating.”

You are not exaggerating.
You deserve answers.
You deserve to be heard.

And you are not alone.

💛

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a personal update with you. After experiencing burnout and the stress of striving for a “perfect” Instagram presence, I’ve decided to take a step back from social media and shift my career focus a bit. The pressure to maintain a flawless image was overwhelming, and it made me realize the importance of listening to my own needs and taking care of myself.

I’m deeply grateful for every single person who continues to follow and support me. Your connection means the world to me and is the reason I haven’t deleted this page. I appreciate all the meaningful interactions I’ve made here.

Even though I’m taking a break from posting, I’m still studying non-stop, even during the summer vacation. I’m excited to apply everything I’m learning in the near future and can’t wait to share more updates with you soon.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

With gratitude,

Pri

Today, my heart is heavy. Usually, I’d be posting something cute for Mother’s Day, but this year feels different. My thoughts are consumed by the moms, grandmas, and families who have lost everything in the devastating floods in the south of Brazil.

I’m incredibly grateful for my own mom, my boys, and my husband who showered me with love, breakfast, gifts, and cards today. But amidst the celebration, we’ve been tirelessly working to sort through donations—organizing by gender, size, and carefully bagging each pair of shoes to ensure nothing gets lost on its journey to Brazil.

The news is gut-wrenching—more than 150 lives lost, 600 thousand displaced from their homes. And now, as the rain returns, the situation only grows more critical.

To every neighbor and friend who helped collect and donate items, your generosity overwhelms me. It’s moments like these that restore my faith in humanity. Together, we’re proving that even in the darkest of times, we can come together to support those in need.

My prayers are with every single family affected by this tragedy. May God bless them and provide them with strength and solace during this unimaginably difficult time. 🙏💔
