Grateful to all the fam who supported this unusually fast evolution of events… within 40 hours ( and just 4 hours after posting the prayer and meditation) the whirlwind of inflammation, lymph duct occlusion and swells expanded at impressive speed. We acted at all fronts, from the energetic healing, fasting, IVs and megadoses of Vit c, L- Lysine, and antibiotics, to surgical extraction of infected liquids and tissue, avoiding sepsis and turning the tide. Literally in the flow. So much live to all of you and deep appreciation for the healing, the prayers and all the kind words, actions and knowledge. Fast-spiking GABAergic interneurons expressing parvalbumin (PV+) have a high mitochondrial content reflecting their large energy utilization. The importance for correct trafficking and precise mitochondrial positioning remains poorly elucidated in inhibitory neurons. Miro1 is a Ca²+-sensing adaptor protein that links mitochondria to the trafficking apparatus, for their microtubule-dependent transport along axons and dendrites, in order to meet the metabolic and Ca2+-buffering requirements of the cell.
