Big K’s Bait and Tackle

Hello to all! I just wanted to update my customers who have been watching me limp around the past couple of days. Fortunately, I did not fracture my toe. Unfortunately the ER doctor believes I have gout and is treating it as such, (I declined bloodwork there because of cost but will have it done with my regular doctor).
I am still opening the bait shop as always but, at least for the next couple days, am getting around a tad bit slow. If it is gout, this flare should be gone in a day or two. Please don’t feel like you’re inconveniencing me or causing me more pain by coming in. I appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing all of my customers. Y’all are awesome!!😎

Many customers have requested that we start selling our Better Bait mixture that we use to keep our minnows so healthy. Hear ya go! Just mix one teaspoon for each five gallons of water.
$3.99 for a small tub or $5.99 for a large tub.

We just got in a large shipment of sinkers. For those of you who were waiting on bank sinkers, we now carry them in 2 oz, 3 oz, 4 oz, and 5 oz. All of our weights now come in these four sizes. Egg sinkers are also available in 8 oz, since they were such a big hit last year.

I have wonderful news! I overcharged a customer last week and posted in hopes of finding him. He wasn’t located, but he just happened to come in this morning. I didn’t recognize him at first, but it came up that I was having issues with my computer last time he was in here. In the end, I was able to give him back his change and all is right in the world again. 😊😊😊

The 1 Lb fish are $8 each. The two pound fish are $11 each, (there are a few twin packs that are also $11 each. I am so sorry y’all have had to wait so long for these. We will do our very best to make sure they don’t run out.
