One of my new students made this for the Dojo and this is one of THOSE moments for me.
I haven't been teaching as long as many of my peers and mentors, but I've had many students come and go and so.etimes I see them after 10 years or more and they still remember their time with me after all that time had gone by and I get this wonderful satisfaction that we were able to share a good thing together, even if it was briefly.
This small gesture from a young kid who thinks the dojo is "the coolest place" will be one of those moments I never forget.
