If your athlete participated in any session of our basketball camp with The Azhenamaageng Foundation this past weekend and did NOT receive a t-shirt, please message us!

We experienced a vendor error that left us without some of the sizes we needed and we understand that some athletes could not make it to all three days of camp. A new shipment will be ordered once we have confirmed the quantity needed. BDYWC is working to ensure we fulfill our commitment of providing t-shirts to all athletes that participate in our events.

⚠️PARENTS/GUARDIANS⚠️

If your child is attending our basketball camp this weekend, you MUST accompany them to sign a media & liability waiver at the time of drop off. ALL athletes under the age of 18 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian before participating.

We have had several youth dropped off with no means of contacting their parent/guardian tonight. We need the appropriate contact information to ensure that we are able to keep your child as safe as possible.

*Parents/guardians will need to accompany their youth athlete at drop off to complete a waiver before participating!*

September 11th (Friday)
3rd - 5th Grade: 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM
6th - 8th Grade: 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM
9th - 12th Grade: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

September 12th & 13th (Saturday & Sunday)
3rd - 5th Grade: 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM
6th - 8th Grade: 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM
9th - 12th Grade: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM

All participants will receive a t-shirt!
